Cranberry Butter Cookies 蔓越莓奶油曲奇饼
Butter cookies is always my favourite, this round i try to add some dried cranberries into the dough, and it taste perfectly! Chinese New Year is around the corner, butter cookies selling outside is too expensive and they are not using good butter to bake. Let's join me to bake some delicious homemade butter cookies!
香香的奶油曲奇饼一直是我的最爱,最近尝试了蔓越莓奶油曲奇饼,酸酸甜甜的,更合我意。农历新年快到了,外面卖的奶油曲奇饼真的太贵了,而且都是用一些便宜的奶油,当然没有自家做的香。快,来跟我一起做好吃的奶油曲奇饼吧!
Doug 面团
Butter 奶油 160g
Icing Sugar 糖粉 80g
Egg Yolk 蛋黄 2
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
All Purpose Flour 普通面粉 260g
Corn Starch 玉米粉 30g
Vanilla Essence 香草香精 1/4 tsp
Dried Cranberries 蔓越莓干 120g
Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes
摄氏160 烘烤 15-20 分钟
