Peanut Cookies 花生酥饼


Traditional peanut cookies is a must eat cookies during Chinese New Year. It is a very easy to make cookies , but every family have their own peanut cookies recipe, here i would like to share my family's recipe. My family's prefer low sugar with a lot of peanut, so our recipe add more peanut than others, a not very sweet but crispy peanut cookies that you definitely have to try! 

传统的花生酥饼,新年必吃的年饼,这年饼最容易做了!每家都有自家的花生酥饼食谱,这次分享我家的花生酥饼食谱,我们家的花生酥饼,花生比例较高,吃下去满口的花生香,又不会太甜,爽脆可口的,包你吃了一口再一口!



Roasted Peanut 花生 350g
Icing Sugar 糖粉 80g
All Purpose Flour 普通面粉 300g
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
Peanut Oil 花生油 150g

Topping 装饰

Egg Yolk 蛋黄 
Fresh Milk 鲜奶 1 tsp
Peanut Halves 花生瓣

Bake at 170°C  for 15-20 minutes
摄氏170  烘烤 15-20 分钟
