A super cute pinky ribbon bread, is my first time to use dragon fruit to make a bread with natural, beautiful pink colour. A lovely bread that looks exactly like Minnie's pink ribbon! 这次尝试了超级可爱的粉红蝴蝶结面包,也第一次尝试了用火龙果做面包,以天然的火龙果颜色烤出超可爱的粉红色面包。一个让人看了就欢喜的面包,粉红蝴蝶结造型像极了米妮的蝴蝶结!

Cold Water 冷水 (~5°C) 80g Dragon Fruit 火龙果 120g High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 250g Milk Powder 奶粉 10g Butter 奶油 25g Sugar 糖 25g Salt 盐 2.5g (~1/2 tsp) Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g (~1 tsp) Filling 馅料 Red Bean Paste 豆沙馅 160g Bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes 摄氏180 烘烤 18-20 分钟
