万圣节快到了,我们来做些应节的万圣节面包吧!这次尝试了可爱的南瓜造型面包,做出来的效果太另人满意了。金黄色的可爱小南瓜面包,超级松软美味,里面包着满满的南瓜馅,不只好看,好吃,又健康哦!



【Bread Maker Recipe | 面包机食谱】

Doug 面团

Fresh Milk 鲜奶 75g
High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 230g
Pumpkin 南瓜 100g
Butter 奶油 20g
Sugar 糖 30g
Salt 盐 2.5g (~1/2 tsp)
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g (~1 tsp)

Filling 馅料

Pumpkin 南瓜 200g
Butter 奶油 10g
Sugar 糖 15g

Bake at 170°C  for 15-16 minutes
摄氏170  烘烤 15-16 分钟
