【Bread Maker Recipe | 面包机食谱】

Doug 面团

Fresh Milk 鲜奶 70g
Cold Water 冷水 (~5°C) 70g
High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 195g
Milk Powder 奶粉 5g
Salt 盐 2.5g (~1/2 tsp)
Butter 奶油 20g
Sugar 糖 20g
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g (~1 tsp)

Filling 馅料

Cream Cheese 奶油乳酪 40g
Dried Cranberry 蔓越莓果干
摄氏 180 烘烤 15-18 分钟
7 inch baking pan 7寸烤盘

Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes
