Almond Cookies | 杏仁酥饼



Traditional almond cookies is my all time favourite, every family have their own almond cookies recipe, here i would like to share my family's recipe. My family's prefer low sugar with a little bit salty almond cookies, a very crispy almond cookies recipe that myself cannot stop eating!

传统的杏仁酥饼一直都是大家的喜爱,可是大家都有自家的杏仁饼食谱,这次分享我家的杏仁酥饼食谱,我们家的饼都不会太甜,再加少许的盐,提高杏仁的香气。香香脆脆的杏仁酥饼,忍不住吃了一口接一口!


All Purpose Flour 普通面粉 280g
Corn Starch 玉米粉 50g
Almond Nibs 杏仁粒 100g
Almond Ground 杏仁粉 160g
Baking Powder 泡打粉 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 苏打粉 1/2 tsp
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
Caster Sugar 细砂糖 80g 
Cooking Oil 食油 200g

Topping 装饰

Egg Yolk 蛋黄 2
Salt 盐 1/4 tsp
Almond Slices 杏仁片

P/S: 
This is a less sugar recipe, for those who love sweet cookies can add more sugar.
这是少糖的食谱,喜欢比较甜的朋友糖的分量可以再增加。

Bake at 160°C  for 20-25 minutes
摄氏160  烘烤 20-25 分钟
