Salted Egg Yolk Cookies 咸蛋黄酥饼
Those who loves salted egg yolk must try this recipe! A super delicious and creamy salted egg yolk recipe that melt in your mouth! It also looks beautiful and cute with it's golden colour and black sesame on top, looks like cartoon character Gudetama.

Butter 奶油 150g
Caster Sugar 细砂糖 70g
Salted Egg Yolk 咸蛋黄 5
Salt 盐 1/4 tsp
All Purpose Flour 普通面粉 220g
Corn Starch 玉米粉 30g
Baking Powder 泡打粉 1/4g
Egg Yolk 蛋黄 1
Black Sesame 黑芝麻
Bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes
摄氏160 烘烤 20-25 分钟
