Walnut Cookies 核桃酥饼


Is time to bake some Chinese New Year cookies, I love to add walnut in my baking, so I make this walnut cookies for Chinese New Year. A must try traditional style walnut cookies!

是时候烘培新年饼了,我一直很喜欢在我的烘培作品里加入核桃,这次做了香气十足的核桃酥饼,参考了传统的宫廷核桃酥的做法,因为喜欢牛油的香气,也改用了牛油,成品更香更美味了!




All Purpose Flour 普通面粉  200g
Roasted 烤核桃 60g
Egg Yolk 蛋黄 3
Butter 牛油 100g
Baking Powder 泡打粉 1 tsp
Baking Soda 苏打粉 1/4 tsp
Sugar 糖 80g

Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
Sesame Oil 芝麻油 1/2 tbsp

Bake at 170°C  for 25-28 minutes
摄氏170  烘烤 25-28 分钟
