Full Cream Milk 全脂牛奶 70g
High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 220g
Milk Powder 奶粉 20g
Whipping Cream 淡奶油 80g
Sugar 糖 25g
Salt 盐 2.5g (~1/2 tsp)
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g (~1 tsp)
Filling 馅料
Egg 鸡蛋 10g
Butter 奶油 35g
Sugar 糖 20g
Salt 盐 (~1/4 tsp)
Milk Powder 奶粉 60g
Dried Cranberry 蔓越莓干 40g
7 inch baking pan 7寸烤盘
Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes
