Cream Cheese 奶油乳酪 500g
Sugar 糖 140g
Egg 鸡蛋 4
Whipping Cream 淡奶油 250g
Vanilla Essence 香草香精 1/2 tsp (optional)
Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 1 tsp (optional)
Corn Starch 玉米粉 20g
7 inch baking pan 7寸烤盘
Bake at 220°C for 45-50 minutes
