Matcha Checkerboard Cookies 抹茶格子曲奇饼
There are some leftover matcha powder, therefore I decided to make some matcha checkerboard cookies. Making checkerboard cookies is always time consuming, there are a lot of steps and patient needed. 家里剩下一些抹茶粉,想说不如拿来做曲奇。格子曲奇饼本来就是个程序比较多,制作时间比较长的饼干,可是,她的魅力可是无法抗拒的。用了抹茶粉做的格子曲奇饼更是优雅好看,喜欢抹茶口味的朋友不妨试一试。
Butter 奶油 170g
Icing Sugar 糖粉 80g
Egg Yolk 蛋黄 2
Vanilla Essence 香草香精 1/2 tsp
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
All Purpose Flour 普通面粉 250g
Corn Starch 玉米粉 40g
Milk Powder 奶粉 20g
Matcha Powder 抹茶粉 1 tbsp
Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes
摄氏 160 烘烤 15-20 分钟
