A healthy and delicious bread with low sugar, low fat and lots of nuts and dried fruits. Is easy to make and best to serve at breakfast with a cup of hot milk, tea or coffee to start your day! Enjoy!

一个少糖,少油的健康面包,加了满满的坚果和果干,不只营养丰富而且美味可口。面包的香味,坚果的脆口,果干的酸甜,搭配一杯热牛奶,咖啡或茶,就是一个完美的早餐了!



Doug 面团

Cold Water 冷水 (~5°C) 130g
High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 200g
Butter 奶油 15g
Sugar 糖 15g
Salt 盐 2.5g (~1/2 tsp)
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g (~1 tsp)

Filling 馅料

Roasted Mix Nuts 坚果 70g
Dried Fruits 果干 70g

Bake at 200°C  for 18-20 minutes
