Taro (Yam) Bread 芋泥手撕面包
There is some taro planted at my home garden, therefore i make some taro bread. It is a super soft and fluffy bread with super yummy creamy taro paste. Another beautiful and yummy bread that you must try! Another simple recipe with easy steps that everyone can make it.
家里种了一些芋头,灵机一动,决定拿来做面包,就这样香喷喷的芋泥面包就诞生了!超级松软的面包,搭配绵密的芋泥内陷,整个香喷喷的芋香面包。一片一片的手撕面包,非常方便吃,刚出炉就一扫而空了!
Doug 面团
Egg 鸡蛋 50g
Fresh Milk 鲜奶 80g
High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 190g
Butter 奶油 20g
Sugar 糖 20g
Salt 盐 2.5g (~1/2 tsp)
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g (~1 tsp)
Filling 馅料
Taro (Yam) 芋头 150g
Sugar 糖 30g
Butter 奶油 15g
Fresh Milk 鲜奶 15g
7 inch baking pan 7寸中空烤盘
Bake at 190°C for 18-20 minutes
摄氏190 烘烤 18-20 分钟
