Wholemeal Raisin Bread 麦香葡萄干面包
Who said a healthy wholemeal bread can't be delicious?!? You still can make a very soft and fluffy wholemeal bread, just make sure you use the right ratio of the wholemeal flour over bread flour. I replaced sugar with brown sugar and layered it with raisin, the results was very good, it was soft and yummy!

High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 160g
Wholemeal Flour 全麦面粉 80g
Milk Powder 奶粉 20g
Butter 奶油 25g
Brown Sugar 黑糖 30g
Salt 盐 2.5g (~1/2 tsp)
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g (~1 tsp)
Filling 馅料
Raisin 葡萄干
7 inch baking pan 7寸烤盘
Bake at 190°C for 16-18 minutes
