High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 250g
Butter 奶油 30g
Sugar 糖 30g
Salt 盐 2.5g (~1/2 tsp)
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 3g
Topping 脆皮
Butter 奶油 50g
Sugar 糖 70g
Egg 鸡蛋 1
Vanilla Essence 香草香精 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 泡打粉 1/4 tsp
Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉 140g
Bake at 180°C for 16-18 minutes
