Cempedak Butter Cake 尖不辣牛油蛋糕 (小菠萝蜜)
Is cempedak season of the year again, you can buy this fruits everywhere at this time in Malaysia. I bought some good cempedak few days ago and make it into cempedak butter cake. No joke, cempedak butter cake is very very tasty, it smells great, super moisture and soft. A super yummy butter cake that will finished once out from your oven!
不知不觉又是尖不辣(小菠萝蜜)的季节,到处都在摆卖尖不辣,前几天买了几颗好甜的尖不辣,吃了一颗,其余的就拿来做了牛油蛋糕。加入尖不辣的牛油蛋糕不是开完笑的好吃,在烤箱烤着的时候,整个屋子已经香到不行了。尖不辣牛油蛋糕不只特别香,而且非常湿润,一出炉就被家人吃光光了!
Butter 牛油 180g
Sugar 糖 100g
Egg 鸡蛋 (L) 3
All Purpose Flour 普通面粉 180g
Baking Powder 泡打粉 1 tsp
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
Cempedak Puree 尖不辣泥 80g
Cempedak 尖不辣果肉 120g
22x11x6cm Baking Pan
22x11x6cm 烤盘
Bake at 170°C for 55-60 minutes
摄氏170 烘烤 55-60 分钟
