Milk 牛奶 110g
Egg 鸡蛋 60g
High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 250g
Butter 牛油 20g
Sugar 糖 25g
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g

Filling 馅料

Cream Cheese  奶油乳酪 200g
Sugar 糖 30g
Whipping Cream 淡奶油 50g

Butter 牛油 130g
Garlic 蒜头 50g
Condensed Milk 炼乳 50g
Egg 鸡蛋 1
Salt 盐 1/4 tsp
Basil 香叶 2 tbsp

Bake at 180°C  for 16-18 minutes
