Cold Water 冷水 (~5°C) 105g
High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 230g
Milk Powder 奶粉 20g
Butter 牛油 20g
Sugar 糖 20g
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 即溶酵母 2.5g
Filling 内馅
Meat Floss 肉松
Mayonnaise 美乃滋酱 2 tbsp
Condensed Milk 炼乳 1 tbsp
Bake at 180°C for 15-16 minutes
